We just watched SATC2.
It was great! Aaron says I’m like Carrie in the show. I take that as a compliment. until i realise he’s talking about the NEGATIVE-aspect of Carrie. Well. At least i’m “associated” with the stylish one. *grins*
I enjoy the movie. And in my life, I know I have my own group of Sex and the City pals.
Family & Ramblings

i realise that no matter how close, even family members don’t like to hear complaints from you. Complaints from you = worried for you.
I realise, from now on, I have to manage my own emotions and happiness or sadness, as family members are also human beings – they judge. I’d thought that letting out my deepest thoughts and upsets to them would be my only outlet vault since “they should understand it’s just my ramblings and will not judge the contents”. I am wrong.
I shall not share my emotions with anyone, for we are all humans and humans judge.
I guess that’s the difference between a younger sibling and an older sibling. An older sibling feels obliged to set an example and thus will watch their behavior and emotions-display, whereas the younger one has no one to account to except herself/himself. I guess that’s one lesson learnt – I need to be responsible for the words I use in even my own family’s presence, regardless of seniority in the family.
I learnt it the hard way today – how my usual mindless ramblings have caused my own self-sabotage in my own family’s perspective of an important matter.

Hmm.
Amara Sanctuary sent us an invite for a wedding show this 12th June. Rates seem pretty within budget. More importantly, I LIKE that location! *brims widely*
Will this be our choice for our ROM on 20th October 2010?
We’ll see. Watch this space!!

Gigi’s fallen sick :(

To cut the story short, Gigi has been diagnosed with cancer of the lymph nodes – Lymphoma cancer, on Saturday, 8th May.
I cut short my Mission Control course to accompany my sis (& bro-in-law) to Animal Recovery Centre @ Tampines.
Gigi has been very sick since Dec. She always had chronic vomitting issues here & there until after sis’ wedding in Dec when she lost her appetite suddenly and lost alot of weight (we always joked that this must be because Gigi missed sis).
From a healthy 5.8kg, she’s now feather-light 4.04kg. Boney. And always sleepy/tired.
Her medical bills are also hefty at $1,011 for blood test, xray, ultrasound, consultation, medicine, etc. But it’s necessary, so what to do? How I wish there’s medisave for pets. The other trip to James Tan already robbed me of $500+.
Money isn’t problem, just that we’re gonna send her in for chemotheraphy – yes there is such a thing for dogs too – and we’re expecting a side-effects like bouts of vomitting that she’ll have to suffer again.
Sigh. No chemotheraphy = 1-2 months of lifespan. Yes to chemotheraphy = awful side-effects and hopefully 1 more year of lifespan.
Headache.
I’m contemplating giving my company Pharmanex’s lingzhi (reshimax) + green tea extract (tegreen) + g3 to let Gigi consume during this period of wait before her chemo starts. I heard someone tried it on her cancer-guinea pig and the tumor shrunk!
Shall buy some tomorrow @ Parkmall and see how.
I’m up!

Wow! I’m up so early!
I mean…at 6.30am on a normal day
maybe cos I ate Cordymax just before I slept last nite, hoping to clear my lungs & nose.
or maybe I’m too excited about TODAY!
Nothing special but when I pack my day with many things to do, it gets me soooo jazzed up that i dreamt about today’s events!! hehehe!
The minute I was up, I started researching online on fatty liver and if pharmanex products could help improve that situation as one of my new TRA students has the condition.
I’d been puzzled why he & his wife, whom initially decided against starting their TRA program (after payment) due to concerns of fatty liver, has suddenly come bk and said they wanted to start the program. Given their social status and highly professional careers, they would have done a huge amount of research before coming back. and I’m interested to know what ticked for them.
Being an internet freak, I ran a huge amount of search on google regarding TRA, g3, reishimax, tegreen. I found really encouraging testimonials by people who’d claimed their illness healed faster after consumption of these nutritions like LifePak, g3, reshimax & tegreen! and I found a consumer with kidney & liver problems completing their TRA program successfully.
I’m really encouraged by the results.
In fact I was already very encouraged y’day when I spoke to an ex-distributor and he commented on how he always admired Pharmanex in their double-blind tests for all their supplements. Gave me alot of confidence that the consumer confidence is very strong, even in ex-distributors!
As I’m typing this, my dear friend cancelled our appointment for the 3rd time already. Always something cropping up.
Well, I’d say she’s confronted though she refuses to admit it. :p It’s ok, she knows I know. :p But it’s not a problem at all, cos I do Marathons, not Sprints! That has always been my strength – never forget that!
